Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality. You will work as part of a team in an industrial setting focused on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves stripping/cleaning forms, preparing steel molds, basic carpentry, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The work includes physical tasks and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
