Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a production worker to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products in an industrial setting. You will join a team focused on quality, throughput, and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires handling form stripping, pouring and finishing concrete, and operating basic shop equipment. A minimum of 2 years in concrete panel work plus teamwork and safety awareness is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
