Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a hands-on production worker to operate in an industrial manufacturing setting overseeing the production of precast concrete products. You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires basic math skills, the ability to read and follow simple instructions, and the stamina to lift up to 40 lbs daily. Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
