Job summary

Oldcastle is seeking a non-exempt manufacturing associate for its concrete production line. The role involves stripping and cleaning forms, preparing steel molds, and performing basic carpentry in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will support facility upkeep and work with a team to meet quality standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
