Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is hiring for an Industrial Manufacturing Worker to support the production of precast concrete products in a safe, efficient environment. You will be part of a team focused on quality and efficiency in an industrial setting.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
