Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete is seeking a concrete laborer to join our production team in Texas. You will learn and perform basic precast construction tasks under supervision, including setting up forms, tying rebar, and striking off concrete.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a concrete laborer role.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work 55+ hours per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic concrete laborer tasks under supervision: setting up/oiling forms, laying mesh, tying reinforcing bars, setting inserts.
• Improve performance and take initiative to stay productive during the day.
• Arrive on time and follow company policy.
• Demonstrate loyalty, teamwork, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain plant safety per Safety Manual and Safety Coordinator directions.
