Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete is seeking a concrete laborer to join our production team. You will learn basic skills under a crew leader, operate forklifts, assist in sand blasting and mesh laying, and help with general labor tasks.

The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and commitment to safety. We offer full-time year-round work, medical/dental/vision benefits after 60 days, competitive pay with profit sharing, overtime, 401K with match, and opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction laborer experience required.
• Able to work outside year round and be safety-conscious.
• Must be fluent in English and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic fabrication and site prep tasks under supervision.
• Assist in routine production duties and housekeeping of the plant.
• Maintain safety practices per Safety Manual and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and efficiency.
