Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete in Kansas City, KS, is hiring a bilingual concrete laborer to join our production team. This full-time, year-round on-site role focuses on learning and performing basic precast concrete tasks under a crew leader.

Candidates should have 1+ year of concrete labor experience, be able to lift heavy objects, and be willing to work in varied weather. Spanish-English bilingual is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a concrete laborer role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic precast concrete skills under supervision of a crew leader.
• Set up and oil forms; lay mesh; tie reinforcing bars and steel; set inserts; strike off; strip forms; clean work area.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; take initiative to stay productive.
• Be punctual and reliable; work as a team; show loyalty and respect.
• Operate in various weather conditions as needed.
