Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is looking for a dedicated team member to support the production of precast concrete products in Greencastle, Franklin County. You will assist in various production tasks, including preparing molds, pouring concrete, and ensuring a clean and safe work area.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to perform physical labor. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and previous experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Basic math and reading skills for measurements and simple drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support production of precast concrete products.
• Prepare molds/forms for production.
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
