Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pouring, stripping, finishing, and general production activities.
• Clean and prepare forms, tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Assist skilled laborers and supervisors with daily production tasks.
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety rules and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work overtime and flexible schedules as required by production demands.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
