Job summary

Aerotek in Hanover, PA is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join a growing precast concrete production team. This hands-on role offers steady, year-round work and opportunities to gain construction and manufacturing experience.

You will perform concrete finishing, assist with pours, tie rebar, and use hand and power tools as part of a collaborative crew. Typical start around 11AM with up to 12 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Contract-to-hire with overtime potential and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting regularly.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Trowel.
• Concrete finishing.
• Assisting with concrete pours.
• Performing basic concrete finishing using trowels and hand tools.
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Tying rebar for concrete reinforcement.
