Job summary

Pre-cast Specialties Llc is seeking a hardworking Laborer to support the production of precast concrete products. You will prepare molds, place and tie rebar, pour and finish concrete, and remove finished items from molds.

The role requires careful attention to safety and the ability to perform repetitive, demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to read measurements, and capable of operating basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in precast, construction or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Read tape measurements and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for concrete pours by cleaning, oiling, and assembling components.
• Place, tie, and secure rebar and other reinforcement materials.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete within molds using proper tools and techniques.
• Remove finished precast products from molds safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain work areas, molds, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and operate forklifts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist other team members and perform duties as assigned.
