Qualifications

• Must have current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care or preadmission settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with health care team.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans as needed.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and staff.
