Job summary

You will deliver nursing care within a state-of-the-art center. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes and documentation

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning as part of the care plan.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care according to physician orders and policy.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
