Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting required.
• LPN license with active state licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and observations in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
