Qualifications

• 1+ years of LPN experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in vital signs, medications, and basic nursing procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with state licensure; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
