Job summary

GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking an Investigator, PREA to conduct investigations at the facility and ensure compliance with PREA standards. You will respond to crime scenes, gather facts, interview sources, and prepare detailed reports for DHS guidelines and GEO policies.

The role requires 4 years in correctional investigations, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. A fully benefits package accompanies a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years of correctional experience with two years in progressive investigative roles.
• Ability to analyze facts and data and draw sound conclusions.
• Ability to write clear investigative reports and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PREA-related investigations at the facility.
• Respond to potential crime scenes and process scenes.
• Prepare investigative reports per PREA standards.
• Coordinate with PSA Compliance Administrator and corporate PREA team.
• Assist in Sexual Abuse Incident Reviews and After-Action Reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
