GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking a Compliance Administrator, PREA to serve as the facility’s subject matter expert on PREA compliance. You will coordinate PREA reporting, conduct trainings, and guide policy implementation to meet DHS PREA standards and audit requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with 3 years in corrections or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with 3 years of experience in corrections, law enforcement, or related capacity.
• High school diploma or GED with five years of progressive experience in corrections, law enforcement or related fields may be substituted at discretion.

Responsibilities

• Acts as facility's subject matter expert on PREA compliance and coordinates facility's PREA compliance.
• Attend PREA trainings, respond to inquiries, and train facility staff on PREA as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Develop and oversee PREA policies and procedures to meet standards and audit requirements.
• Compile facility statistics and reports on incidents of Sexual Activity and Sexual Abuse.
• Assist with PREA facility assessments and annual findings report.
