Revolution is hiring a Pre-Wash Belt Operator in Stuttgart, AR for a full-time position with generous benefits and overtime hours. You will help maintain a safe, productive line and assist with startup and shutdown activities while working with a team to keep production running.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in an industrial setting and familiarity with automated equipment. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to OSHA standards, with growth opportunities within a stable

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• At least 1 year in an industrial environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Exposure to noise, heat and cold.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours during a shift.
