Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Pre-Trial Intake Coordinator in Nueces County. This role serves as a liaison for Nueces County Pre-Trial Services and CSCD, handling intake, bond supervision, and related administrative duties.

The position works Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is determined by experience; the successful candidate may start above entry level. Existing CSCD employees may apply through internal channels.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 30 college hours; 2+ years of clerical experience acceptable in lieu of college coursework.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily and follow CJAD standards.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial interviews and schedule contact with the supervising officer.
• Process intake packets for court records and staff pre-trial and bond intakes.
• Communicate with defendants by phone and written correspondence.
• Enter data accurately and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required CJAD/CSCD training and reports.
