Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Pre Transplant Coordinator at Maine Medical Center to coordinate patient care from referral through transplant. This full-time, days position focuses on ensuring seamless care transitions for transplant candidates within our Maine/NH service area.

The role requires RN/PA/NP experience with recent critical care exposure; a Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field is preferred and licensure appropriate to education is required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical related field preferred

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $121,721.60per year.
