For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Summary

The Lead Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met and assists with day-to-day routine issues. The Lead Patient Service Specialist ensures communications of policies and procedures are communicated to the rest of the staff and acts as a coach/mentor for administrative care team members.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Six months of MaineHealth Patient Service Specialist experience required.

The pay range for this position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
