Qualifications

• Current unrestricted WA license.
• One year of recent ICU or ED/ER experience or prior PACU, Phase I and Phase 2.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthetic assessment and teaching for 40-60 patients per day.
• Perform complete pre-anesthesia evaluation after specialty training.
• Provide care in clinic or by phone as part of the Pre-Surgery Clinic.
