Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to manage day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and draft pre-litigation documents while coordinating a team of 6–10 Case Managers.

You will focus on personal injury and general liability matters, drive compliance and KPIs, and participate in settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages, with strong writing and oral advocacy skills required.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation work.
• Guide clients through the case process.
