Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney in Phoenix to handle pre-litigation work, guide clients through case processes, and supervise a team of Case Managers.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong writing and advocacy, and driving KPIs in personal injury matters, especially auto-related claims. Applicants should hold a law degree from an accredited school, be actively in good standing with the AZ State Bar, and have 2+ years of PI experience with a proven ability to manage high-volume

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active AZ State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
