Job summary

Gerson & Schwartz Accident & Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal to manage cases from intake through the start of litigation. You will handle case files, communicate with clients, and perform liability investigations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 3–7 years of plaintiff PI experience and strong organizational, written, and verbal skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Are you an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal looking to join a well-established and respected law firm? We're seeking a motivated professional with 3–7 years of experience on the plaintiff's side of personal injury cases to manage cases from intake through the commencement of litigation.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish
• Opening and closing case files
• Communicating with clients throughout treatment
• Conducting liability investigations
• Identifying defendants and obtaining insurance coverage information
• Gathering and organizing medical records, bills, and lien information
• Drafting settlement demand packages
• Reviewing and understanding medical records
• Negotiating medical bills and liens
• Providing exceptional client service while maintaining strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• 3–7 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (required)
