Job summary

Groth Law Firm, S.C. is seeking a compassionate Pre-Suit Paralegal to guide clients through the early stages of personal injury cases. You will be the primary contact, gather critical information, coordinate records, and help prepare demand packages for attorney review.

You will build relationships with clients, manage a pre-suit caseload, and work with attorneys to move cases toward resolution in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently, and as part of a team.
• Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
• Prior legal or medical office experience is a plus.
• Previous experience as a personal injury paralegal is a plus.

Responsibilities
