Qualifications

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Pre Suit Attorney in Alpharetta to join its growing practice. The Pre SuitAttorney will handle mostly motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in pre-litigation representing plaintiffs. Must hold a Georgia Bar License.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
