Universal Health Services is seeking a dynamic PRe-Services Specialist for the Atlantic Region Central Billing Office. The role will involve inbound/outbound calls, patient pre-registration in SMS and Cerner systems, and collecting co-pays at pre-registration.
The specialist will interpret managed care contracts and Medicare regulations to support scheduling, registration, and payer requirements while coordinating with hospital departments to resolve issues.

The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented PRe-Services Specialist.
The Pre-Sevices Specialist is responsible for taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, timely and accurately scheduling and pre-registering patients in the SMS and Cerner systems.
The PRe-Serivces Specialist will also be responsible for attempting to collect co-pays and deductibles from patient at the time of pre-registration.
This position is also responsible for interpreting managed care contracts; Medicare regulations; medical and anatomy terminology and applying the knowledge to the scheduling and registration process.
