Job summary

Archdiocese of Detroit is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool/Kindergarten Aide to join our St. Lawrence team in Utica, MI. You will support the lead teacher in delivering safe, nurturing early education for young children.

Responsibilities include assisting with lesson plans, supervising play, supervising meals, maintaining a clean classroom and supporting bathroom breaks; a background check will be required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with young children in daycare or preschool preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
