Role Overview

We seek a motivated Pre-Sales Consultant/Architect specializing in Industry 4.0 solutions with a strong background in industrial automation, IoT, and manufacturing technologies. The role involves client engagement, solution design, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis: Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  2. Solution Design and Presentation: Develop and showcase customized Industry 4.0 solutions with detailed proposals.
  3. Technical Support and Demonstrations: Conduct product demos, proofs of concept, and address technical queries.
  4. Cross-team Collaboration: Work with sales and engineering teams to develop strategies and ensure solution feasibility.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 16+ years in designing solutions for shopfloor operations; Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Expertise in OT technologies such as PLC, Unified Namespace, Cloud, AI, and IT/OT integration.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing sectors like Auto, Discrete, Pharma, Consumer Goods, with experience in Operations, Maintenance, and Quality.
  • Experience with manufacturing applications like MES, EAM, LIMS.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.

Preferred: Experience with OEMs like Omron, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 plus discretionary annual incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), disability insurance, parental leave, and stock purchase plans. Application deadline: 06/14/2025.
