Job summary

Alan is hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer in Belgium to strengthen the Enterprise and Public sector Sales team. You will master our platform, enable the Sales team with insights, and qualify customer needs to tailor Alan’s value proposition.

You will coordinate complex onboardings, influence product roadmaps, and work closely with France-based peers to share best practices, ensuring we scale our pre-sales function across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent Dutch or French (written and spoken).
• Based in Belgium.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Ability to pitch a product transparently without overselling its capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Master Alan’s platform and support Sales with insights, expertise and tools.
• Listen to prospects’ needs and map them to Alan’s offerings.
• Assess functional alignment and contribute to RFP submissions with Sales and Product teams.
• Join customer acquisition to evangelize our services and products.
• Be the voice of the customer feeding product roadmap and coordinate complex onboarding.
