Bloom MT is seeking focused, production-driven Pre-Roll Production Crewmembers to join Montana’s leading cannabis company. You will prepare, fill, roll, weigh, package, and label pre-rolled products in a fast-paced setting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
• Must be able to apply for MT Cannabis Worker's Permit.

Responsibilities

• Grind, fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls according to quality standards.
• Weigh and quality-check pre-rolls for accuracy and consistency.

Position Overview

The Pre-Roll Production Crewmember is responsible for preparing, filling, rolling, weighing, packaging, and labeling pre-rolled cannabis products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, cleanliness, and the ability to meet daily production goals while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Pre-Roll Production Crewmember duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Grind, fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls according to company quality standards
• Weigh and quality-check pre-rolls to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Package and label products in compliance with all state regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry
• Must be able to successfully apply for and receive a Montana State Cannabis Worker's Permit
