710 Labs is seeking a highly organized Production Assistant to support the Joint Rolling Team at our New Jersey partner facility. This role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, pre/post production tasks, and quality‑driven packaging support.

The position requires dependable, detail‑oriented individuals with experience in manufacturing environments and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced cannabis production setting.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
• Prior joint rolling experience required.
• Experience or background in the cannabis industry is a plus.
• Must be physically capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
• Able to exert sustained, well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to eight hours.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership potential.
• Detail oriented with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Open to constructive feedback and capable of providing it to others.
• Persons working onsite at a cannabis facility must be at least 21 years of age, as required by New Jersey law.

• Hand‑rolling infused and non‑infused joints with no machine assistance.
• Handle pre‑production and post‑production steps associated with joint rolling.
• Assist in packaging as needed.
• Prepare materials for production.
• Sanitize tools, workstations, and production areas.
• Collaborate respectfully with other team members.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day‑to‑day operations. This role supports the 710 Labs brand but will be employed by our New Jersey partner, Fresh Cannabis, LLC.
