Job summary

GROWCO INC is seeking a Pre-Roll Machine Operator (Construction) to lead and safely operate production equipment for pre-roll manufacturing. You will work with the Production Manager and packaging teams to meet weekly goals in a controlled manufacturing environment.

The role requires comfort with industrial processing machinery, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods. This on-site position emphasizes safety and adherence to cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to secure a license from the Regulatory Agency.
• Responsible for following all relevant Cannabis Regulations.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Operate the joint rolling machines and equipment including the Roll Pros and Fill-N-Fold systems.
• Operate pre-roll packaging equipment and label applicators/printers.
• Operate and calibrate load cells and quality assurance systems.
