Job summary

• Eligibility for Pre-Registered Dietitian status with supervision.
• Knowledge of Nutrition Care Process and MNT approaches.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments using the Nutrition Care Process for assigned patients.
• Attend and consult with treatment and interdisciplinary teams.
• Initiate intensive MNT plans for high nutritional risk patients.
• Monitor and evaluate nutrition interventions and outcomes.
• Maintain current patient profile information.
