Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma/endorsement required.
• RN License in the state of employment.
• Physical requirements include medium work with lifts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient response and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plan and observe outcomes.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidential patient charts and records.
