You will ensure files meet production standards and collaborate with design, customer service, and production teams to maintain quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires prior pre-press or graphic design experience and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PDF workflows, and RIP systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pre-press or graphic design is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of PDF workflows, RIP systems, and print/sign industry standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review proofs for accuracy prior to customer approval.
• Prepare and preflight digital files to meet print production requirements.
• Identify and resolve file issues related to color, layout, bleed, resolution, and font usage.
• Perform imposition and layout for print production set-up.
• Generate proofs for customer approval.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, customer service, and production.
• Maintain organized file management and adhere to established production procedures.
