Qualifications

• Proven ability in acute care nursing and patient assessment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with nursing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care with patient/family.
• Implements medical plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Evaluates care outcomes and adjusts as needed to meet patient needs.
• Maintains accurate documentation to support care coordination.
• Maintains current knowledge and licensure requirements.
• Assists in department duties to support operations.
• May be required to remain on campus during severe weather or disasters.
