Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is launching Dellshire Resort’s Dawn Manor as a cornerstone of its pre-opening phase in Wisconsin Dells. This Sous Chef role supports the Director of Culinary, guiding daily kitchen operations, maintaining standards, and driving cost controls while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team.

You will lead culinary operations for multiple outlets, contribute to menu execution, and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction during a pivotal pre-opening period.

Qualifications

• Leadership and direction to culinary team including supervisors, cooks, and stewards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and portion standards across outlets.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity standards.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and inventory to support financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across resort outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and events.
• Support menu execution, recipe adherence, and food production planning.
• Lead banquet and catering execution for large groups.
• Train, coach, and develop culinary team members to improve skills.
