Ennismore seeks a visionary Managing Director to lead the pre-opening and launch of The Cape Beach & Racket Club in Key Biscayne. As the senior leader, you will guide all aspects of the member experience, commercial performance, and strategic direction from pre-opening through long-term operations.

You will oversee a multi-outlet luxury hospitality environment, drive governance, and build a high-performing team to create a unique, world-class destination for discerning residents and visitors

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or resort environments.
• Proven pre-opening leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or membership-driven business.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility and budget ownership.
• Experience building and developing large, high-performing teams in dynamic service environments.
• Exceptional leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, recruitment, training, and launch readiness.
• Establish and inspire a high-performing culture rooted in hospitality and member engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership across F&B, membership, wellness, recreation, events, and guest services.
• Build and develop a talented leadership team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Serve as the face of the Club, cultivating relationships with members, ownership, and partners.
• Drive membership engagement, retention, and community-building initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and efficiency.
• Partner with Paris Society and ownership to ensure strategic vision and commercial objectives.
• Champion innovation, creativity, and elevated service standards across touchpoints.
