Job summary

Paris Society, part of Ennismore, seeks a visionary Managing Director to lead the pre-opening and launch of a new private members club in Key Biscayne, Miami. You will oversee the member experience, commercial performance, and strategic direction from pre-opening through long-term operations.

As the senior leader, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and growth, and partner with ownership to realize a distinctive, world-class hospitality destination.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years leading luxury hospitality, clubs, or resorts.
• Experience as GM/Managing Director or equivalent.
• Proven pre-opening leadership in luxury or membership-driven business.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Passion for hospitality and community-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, recruitment, training, and launch readiness.
• Establish and inspire a high-performing culture rooted in hospitality, service excellence, and member engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business, including food & beverage, membership, wellness, recreation, events, and guest services.
• Build and develop a talented leadership team capable of delivering exceptional experiences and long-term success.
• Serve as the face of the Club, cultivating strong relationships with members, ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive membership engagement, retention, and community-building initiatives that create a true sense of belonging.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Paris Society and ownership to ensure the Club achieves its strategic vision and commercial objectives.
• Champion innovation, creativity, and elevated service standards across every touchpoint of the member journey.
