Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional opening plans, readiness, and budget adherence during pre-opening.
• Direct daily operations across Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Engineering, and Security.
• Champion Marriott service strategy, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements.
