Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner program.

• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Current, valid license to prescribe by the Ohio Board of Nursing or equivalent medical board.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pre-Admission Testing APP services including pre-op H&Ps.
• See new and returning patients for exams and discussion of post-op care.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine scope of practice and plan of care.
