Holy Cross Hospital - Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide perioperative care in a high-acuity surgical setting. You will work with the healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient experiences across Pre-op, PACU, and recovery stages.

Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for eligible new hires. The position requires an active RN license in the state and a minimum of an Associates Degree in Nursing, with preference for a BSN and

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; document and intervene to ensure outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions, and outcomes; use IT to support decisions.
