Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an RN Pre-Op for PRN daytime shifts. You will provide safe nursing care per policy, lead the care team, and uphold Service Excellence standards across units.

Active Florida nursing license and BLS are required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/CPI may be required depending on unit. Two to three business days for review of applications. Lakewood Ranch Medical Center offers robust benefits and career growth within UHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current BLS at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS as of start date for most units; NRP/NIH/PALS may be required per unit.

• Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Leads and supports the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence and effective communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
