Job summary

Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ, is hiring a Registered Nurse in Pre-Op to support perioperative care. This full-time day-shift role features four 10-hour shifts with some on-call coverage and a focus on delivering high-quality pre- and post-operative nursing care.

You'll work in a collaborative perioperative team, with opportunities for ongoing education, certifications, and career growth within Lifepoint Health's network.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Active Arizona or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• One year of RN experience in perioperative settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative care in the Pre/Post Unit.
• Follow nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Skills

BLS certified

ACLS/PALS required within 90 days

Arizona RN license (or compact)

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred
