Job summary

Olympia Orthopaedics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Operative and PACU teams at both Olympia and Centralia locations. The role is full-time with daily operations primarily Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays, with on-call and potential overnight shifts based on patient needs.

Pay ranges from $42.40 to $71.52 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits for 1.0 FTE staff. WA nursing license, IV therapy experience, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or will

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited State Board of Nursing program; current RN in WA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
• IV therapy experience including starting/discontinuing IVs and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients pre-operatively.
• Prepare and administer pre‑op medications under physician guidance.
• Monitor PACU vitals and manage postoperative pain and nausea.
• Assess surgical site for bleeding or infection and ensure adherence to post‑op policies.
