Job summary

Eastwest Georgia Surgery Center in Georgia is seeking a Pre Op PACU Registered Nurse. The RN provides continuous care to patients emerging from anesthesia, supports procedural teams, and ensures safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited RN degree, Georgia license, and current CPR/ACLS/PALS; minimum 3 years intra-operative experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Current Georgia Nursing License.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum 3 years intra-operative experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Strong communication skills and workload organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from anesthesia to discharge.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks and sterile techniques.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
