Job summary

Bass Surgery Center in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a PRN RN for Pre-Op/PACU to deliver high-quality, patient-family centered perioperative care in a fast-paced ASC setting.

The RN will apply the nursing process, support the medical plan of care, and work with the Peri-Operative Services team to ensure safe patient experiences across all ages. Reports to the Peri-Operative Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current California Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgery setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and its implementation.
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Good problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional conduct.

Hourly Wage Range: $74to $78 per hour

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
